J. Pason Gaddis-CEO is a media executive and strategic advisor focused on the growth, modernization, and monetization of local journalism and community-based media brands. He plays an active role in leadership, operations, and deal strategy across a multi-state portfolio of newspapers and digital publications, with a particular emphasis on financial performance, digital transformation, and long-term sustainability. 

With a background that blends media operations, advertising strategy, and investment analysis, Pason works closely with executive teams on acquisitions, restructurings, and multi-year growth initiatives. His work often centers on subscription strategy, advertising innovation, AI licensing and content monetization, and the transition of legacy print organizations into modern, digitally driven enterprises. 

In addition to his media leadership work, Pason is actively involved in philanthropy in Southwest Florida, where he co-founded, Florida Weekly.

Kelli Carico is a proud Fort Myers native who has spent most of her career in the newspaper industry. Her journey began in administrative and financial support roles and evolved into executive leadership through years of hands-on experience and operational growth. 

Today, she serves as Director of Finance and HR, also overseeing circulation, and operational strategy across multiple markets. Kelli is deeply committed to supporting employees and strengthening the local journalism organizations that serve their communities. 

She finds the greatest fulfillment in helping staff succeed — whether that means guiding professional development, navigating change, or simply being a steady resource when challenges arise.

Megan Roberts serves as Director of Advertising Operations for Hoffmann Media Group, bringing more than 16 years of experience with Florida Weekly and four years supporting HMG’s expanding portfolio of media brands. 

With a degree in marketing and advertising, Megan combines strategic insight with operational precision. She oversees advertising operations across multiple markets, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, production, digital, and administrative teams to drive efficiency and revenue growth. 

Recognized for her exceptional organization and process leadership, Megan plays a critical role in optimizing workflows, implementing digital marketing initiatives, and strengthening operational infrastructure across the company. She is a trusted leader of the administrative team and a key contributor to HMG’s continued evolution in today’s dynamic media landscape.

Alisa DeLargy serves as Director of Content Operations and is a highly accomplished media executive with more than 25 years of experience across print, digital, and web platforms. She oversees enterprise-wide content operations while driving operational planning, efficiencies, technology integration, vendor partnerships, and commercial printing production. Alisa partners closely with editorial, production, and design leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across the company’s portfolio. 

Under her leadership, the HMG Production & Design team has earned first- and second-place honors over multiple years from the Florida Press Association for overall graphic design, and her own front-page cover design received second place in the association’s 2025 awards. 

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and cats, and proudly calls the Cape Coral metro area home.

Drawing on experience in administrative and production operations, Alea bridges creative vision with workflow strategy. Her work focuses on process optimization, cross-team collaboration, and maintaining rigorous production standards within a fast-paced publishing environment.

With more than 15 years of accounting experience and a degree in accounting, she has built her career on a strong foundation of financial integrity, operational efficiency, and a genuine passion for numbers. 

Throughout her career, Stephanie has grown through hands-on experience and a deep understanding of financial operations, steadily advancing into leadership. Today, she serves as Accounting Manager for the media division, where she oversees financial reporting, daily accounting operations, and process improvements that support organizational performance and long-term stability. 

Stephanie is committed to accuracy, transparency, and building strong financial systems that empower leadership teams to make informed decisions. She finds the greatest fulfillment in bringing clarity to complex financial data and strengthening the financial framework that helps the organization thrive.

As Circulation Manager for Hoffmann Media Group, Luke is responsible for overseeing all subscription operations and customer service functions, ensuring efficient distribution and a consistently high standard of support for readers. Since assuming this role in January 2026, Luke has prioritized operational excellence, subscriber retention, and the continuous improvement of service processes across the organization’s markets. 

Originally from Missouri, Luke relocated to Florida to pursue this opportunity and contribute to the organization’s long-term growth. Luke works collaboratively with customer service representatives and executive leadership to strengthen circulation performance, optimize workflows, and enhance the overall subscriber experience.
