She enjoys helping employees grow and develop. Skillfully balancing finance, interpersonal aptitude, and zeal, she exemplifies transformative leadership at Hoffmann Media Group. Hailing from Florida, she enjoys its diverse activities.  Beyond work, she travels and enjoys attending concerts and other events with her family.

She enhances workflows, surpasses advertiser expectations, and promotes interdepartmental synergy. Alisa DeLargy

Alisa Bowman, a media publications veteran with over 20 years of experience spanning print, digital, and web domains, excels as Hoffmann Media Group’s Director of Content Operations. Her unwavering dedication, profound organizational prowess, and stellar leadership shine as she adeptly guides the content operations of our publications, working with the editorial, production and graphic design teams. Before joining HMG, she spent over a decade in Western North Carolina as the Creative Services Director for a national catalog company and effectively managed a couple small printing enterprises. Alisa’s wealth of experience and unwavering dedication continuously propel Hoffmann Media Group to new heights, keeping up with the ever changing trends in the media industry. Outside the professional arena, she finds balance and rejuvenation in spending time with her husband and family, literary adventures, thought-provoking docuseries and invigorating swims, proudly calling Cape Coral home.

Melissa Vogt

Melissa Vogt is the Group Publisher for Florida Media Group, overseeing multiple editions throughout the state. In this role, she leads the sales and editorial teams, driving the publication’s strategic growth, content excellence, and revenue development. She is committed to ensuring Florida Weekly delivers trusted and meaningful journalism that connects with readers, fosters engagement, and empowers communities with the knowledge they need to stay informed and inspired.

Previously, Melissa served as the Lee County Publisher/Market Director for Florida Media Group and prior to that as the general manager and marketing/public relations director at Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre. A recognized leader in Southwest Florida, Melissa received TRAVELHOST Magazine’s Hospitality Award in 2011, was named one of Gulfshore Business Magazine’s 40-Under-40 in 2017, and was a Young Professional of the Year finalist for The News-Press 2017 People of the Year. She actively contributes to the community locally and on the state level through her roles on the board of directors for the Florida Attractions Association, Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce, and Our Mother’s Home.

A lifelong resident of Florida, Melissa’s deep-rooted passion, industry expertise, and commitment to excellence continue to shape the region’s media landscape.

Kim Ruley

Kim Ruley is the Group Publisher of The St. Ignace News and Mackinac Island Town Crier, moving into the role with over 15 years of experience in multiple aspects of the newspaper and printing industries, including advertising sales, graphic design, page layout and more. She previously served as the production manager of both newspapers and the full-service St. Ignace News Print Shop, overseeing graphic designers, managing the day-to-day operation of the print shop, and leading her team to meet deadlines and turn on a dime when necessary. She is committed to high-quality journalism, print products, and community connection, and has a true passion for helping others succeed. Kim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Photography from Northern Michigan University’s DeVos School of Art & Design in Marquette, Michigan, where her deep connection with the outdoors began. Outside of work, Kim captures the beauty of nature through her lens, showcasing her deep appreciation for the natural world and conservation.

Dan Evans

Dan Evans is an accomplished media executive and journalist with more than two decades of experience in newsroom leadership, digital transformation, and community engagement. He currently serves as the editor and publisher of Napa Valley Publishing, where he is responsible for overseeing editorial content, business strategy, and audience growth. 

Prior to this role, Dan held leadership positions at various media organizations, including at the Los Angeles Times, where he contributed to newsroom strategy, sustainability, and innovation. With a strong commitment to local journalism, Dan has focused on developing new digital initiatives to better serve diverse audience segments, especially those underserved by traditional news outlets.

His expertise spans strategic planning, newsroom operations, and fostering partnerships to build sustainable journalism models. His approach emphasizes collaboration, innovative storytelling, and ensuring that news remains accessible and relevant to the community. Throughout his career, he has worked to bridge the gap between legacy news organizations and modern, digital-first practices.

Dan is also an accomplished neon artist, and his pieces have been on display in the Delta Sky Club at the JFK and LAX airport locations.
