If you purchase a subscription or other paid services: 

• Prices, terms, and billing cycles will be displayed at checkout. 
• Payments are processed through third-party providers; we do not store full credit card details. 
• Unless otherwise specified, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflicts of law. 

Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Fort Myers, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to jury trial or class action. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property issues.

14. Changes to These Terms
